Support Juliana's Heart Surgery Journey

Hello. My name is Katrina Almanza, and I am generously asking for help.

My lively, outgoing Juliana was born with a condition known as William’s Syndrome. Due to this condition, she was born with a leaky heart valve. Because of this she needs to have emergency heart surgery tomorrow.

Since she is having heart surgery, we will have to miss school and work. As a single mother, I cannot afford to miss work, but I will have to take care of my daughter. She comes before any job. She is the brightest, friendliest, and kindest girl in the world.
