<div>Our community is devastated to share that our friend and HOA Maintenance Manager, Juan Galicia, lost everything in a house fire this past weekend.

<div>Juan has spent years taking care of our homes and our complex. Now, it’s our turn to take care of him. The fire, which originated in the long-neglected vacant lot next door, claimed not only Juan’s home and all of his belongings but also his two beloved dogs who were at home while Juan and his family were at church.

<div>For years, Juan and the neighbors have reached out to the city regarding the safety hazards of that lot, but those warnings went unheeded. Now, Juan is facing the unimaginable reality of starting over from scratch while grieving the loss of his pets.
