<div>Joshua “Birdy” Sanchez, a 17-year-old from San Luis, Colorado, was seriously injured in a devastating car-versus-motorcycle accident. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was life-flighted to Colorado Springs, where he has undergone multiple surgeries and remains in the ICU. More surgeries and a long recovery still lie ahead.
