My brother Jorge is a loving father, brother, and son. He has been detained in ICE custody since December 2024. In 2025, an immigration judge determined that he should not be removed to Venezuela, his country of origin. Despite that decision, ICE has kept him in custody. Now, more than a year later, Jorge remains in ICE custody and is facing removal to Mexico, a country where he has no family or friends and no support system to help him establish a safe and stable life. I am asking for your help to ensure that Jorge is safe when he arrives in Mexico. Thank you.

Gracias.
