<div><strong>I am overweight and have been since I can remember.</strong> It was originally caused by a disorder with my hips called slipped capital femoral epiphysis, which was partially fixed around the age of 13 with pins in both my hips. They could correct my hips at the time, they just stopped them from moving more. It helped me be able to do more active stuff, and I did pretty good until about 10 years ago when those pins in my hips started hurting and caused other places to hurt, like my lower back, knees, and ankles. Since then, it’s been harder to stay active, and I can’t hike and ride bikes anymore.

<div>Well, the last year has opened my eyes, and it is time to do something about it. <strong>I will start a non-insured semiglutide, glp-1 regimen this next week.</strong> I’m going to have to max out my credit cards to do it, but I need to lose weight. The price of the drug will also increase over time as they figure out the dosage. It will help my physical problems and my chronic headaches caused by sleep apnea and diabetes.
