<div>My name is Rhonda Tavolazzi, and Joe and Julie have been great friends of mine for 37 years, and friends to many more of you. We're reaching out today to share their story of what they are facing, which is an incredibly challenging time. As many of you know, Joe who is 51 years old, was recently diagnosed with ALS and the disease has been progressing at an alarming rate. Imagine waking up one day to find your life turned upside down. The emotional toll of ALS is unimaginable. Walking, eating, showering and the normal every day tasks have become increasingly difficult for Joe.

<div>Joe &amp; Julie have been married for 32 years, their love story spanning decades. They've built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Unfortunately, ALS has now taken away Joe’s ability to work. This has placed a tremendous financial burden on them just as they need it the most.

<div>Along with the financial toll, we're asking for your support to help alleviate some of the financial stress that they are facing. Your contributions will go directly towards Joe’s home health care and essential living expenses, allowing them to focus on what truly matters – spending precious time together.

<div>As of now, Julie is the only one with  income.  Joe will soon require 24-hour home health care, a necessity that comes with significant costs. The expenses for medical care, equipment he will require, and daily living are mounting, and they need our help to navigate this difficult journey.
