My name is Joanna, my baby sister at just 18 years old was recently diagnosed with cancer in January of this year. A huge tumor was found in her body and was successfully removed. She had to undergo a huge abdominal surgery, and is now in the process of receiving chemotherapy for the next 9 weeks. This chemo treatment is said to be very intense but curable. Out of those 9 weeks, she will receive 6-8 hours of infusions everyday for 3 weeks, the rest of the other weeks she will still be receiving chemo but for shorter durations. This gofund me will be to cover medical expenses, recovery supplements, gas and anything needed through these next weeks. My mom has stopped working since January to be a full time caregiver for my sister. As you can imagine that is one less financial income in the household. I would like to make their burden lighter and would love for anyone to donate even the smallest amount.
