<div>My name is Jenn, and I am facing a major health challenge that has turned my world upside down. I recently learned that I need surgery to remove a tumor that is growing on half of my skull. This news has been overwhelming, and the road ahead will be difficult. My doctors have told me that I will need to be out of work for three to four months while I recover from this major procedure.
