My name is Becky Coffeen, and I have been friends with Jennie Schaden for over 25 years. My family and I are committed to supporting Jennie, her husband Eric, and their son Logan during this challenging time. Their failure to perform essential repairs, combined with extreme negligence and a complete disregard for Jennie's family's health and safety, has resulted in significant property loss and severely impacted their well-being.

The family is seeking help to rebuild their lives, cover litigation expenses, and raise awareness about the dangers of mold. They aim to advocate for proper maintenance of rental properties and highlight the health risks associated with mold exposure.

The costs related to their upcoming four-day jury trial on April 21, 2026, could reach up to $100,000. Jennie’s family should not be responsible for covering these costs because of their negligence.
