<div>She is a good-hearted person, a hard worker, and an amazing friend. Due to her condition, she is not able to cope without our support.

<div>Jelena was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease a few years ago which took a huge toll on the state of her liver resulting in cirrhosis.

<div>She continued to fight very hard until recently when she was admitted to the hospital due to her increased weakness and severe anemia.

</div>

<div>She was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and secondary hypertension.

</div>

<div>Unfortunately, due to her mentioned state, and the fact that she is in dialysis requires a long-term solution as soon as possible to continue her journey of LIFE.

<div>To do so, an immediate kidney transplant is needed!

<div>Her only opportunity to do this is in Turkey, as it is available there without any waiting period.

</div>

<div>The total kidney transplantation cost is 175,000 euros plus travel and recovery expenses.

<div>Sa velikim poštovanjem vam se obraćam kako bi pomogli našoj prijateljci Jeleni koja se nalazi u životnoj opasnosti i hitno joj je potrebna naša podrška. Jelenu poznajem više od 25 godina i o njoj mogu reći samo najdivnije stvari. Veliki borac, vrijedna i iznad svega poštena i divna osoba spremna da pomogne svima u nevolji. Zbog zdravstvenog stanja u kojem se nalazi potrebno je da hitno reagujemo kako bi doslovno spasili ovaj mladi život.

<div>Unazad par godina Jelena se bori sa Kronovom bolesti koja je mnogo narušila njeno zdravlje što je skoro rezultiralo i drugim komplikacijama, ciroza jetre, problemi sa krvnim pritiskom, anemija, totalni gubitak mišićne mase kao i nemogućnost kretanja i obavljanja osnovnih potreba.

<div>Od februara, Jelena se suočila i sa hroničnim oboljenjem bubrega i par puta sedmično odlazi na dijalizu. Zbog sveukupnog zdravstvenog stanja, Jelenin život je ugrožen i zahtjeva hitno reagovanje. Mogućnost da se spasi naša Jelena jeste transplatacija bubrega. Metoda hitne transplatacije bubrega je trenutno moguća u Turskoj ali zaista mnogo košta i Jelena nije u mogućnosti da to sama finansira. Cijena je 175 000 eura plus troškovi puta i troškovi oporavka. Upravo zbog toga ja vas molim ukoliko ste u mogućnosti da učestvujete da skupimo bar dio sredstava kako bi spasili našu Jelenu. Svako zaslužuje šansu za život.
