<div>Everyone who knows Jeff can attest to what a great man he is. Jeff loves his daughter, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends with everything he has. From sending insulting/funny messages, grossing people on out purpose, spoiling any way he can, and just being a shoulder for anyone in need. Jeff always gives his everything to help everyone as much as he can.

<div>During this time Jeff, is the one in need. He recently went back to work after being off for a year because of medical issues that caused chemical burns on his feet. After a long recovery process he was finally able to get back to the work he loves.

<div>He was starting week 2 of his job when he developed an abscess on his tooth which quickly turned into an infection. He was brought to the emergency room at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, TX on 2/9/2025. On Tues 2/11/25 he had surgery to lance the abcess, scrape his throat for infection, and remove the problem tooth.

<div>In combination with other health issues this has caused further complications including a collapsed lung and pneumonia which has led Jeff to be intubated. Jeff has been having good days and bad days but has been trying to keep his thoughts positive during his struggles.

<div>Due to the length of time that he has been intubated, the pulmonologist feels that his next steps are to place a trach and to extubate Jeff. By doing this, the doctors hope that Jeff's lungs will have a better chance to heal as he will hopefully be able to increase his mobility which is important to prevent more fluid build up, blood clots, and other potential complications.

<div>Jeff is now the person in need of help and support. He will still have a long recovery ahead of him including but not limited to: further hospital stay, rehab, trach care, and eventually his transfer back to Tennessee. All while worrying about his daily financial needs and upcoming medical bills, as he does not have health insurance due to lack of work.

<div>We are asking for donations to help Jeff, so that his financial situation is not another struggle that he has to worry about while he should be concentrating on his recovery. Family has been trying to support him every way we can. Unfortunately with his hospital stay in Texas it is becoming difficult for the costs associated with the time off, travel, and accommodations that this support needs. Every donation big or small would be helpful and greatly appreciated to help offset some of his fincials costs along with his support.
