Jeff has been battling cancer for 1 year and a few months. He has lost down to 99.1 pounds and keeps losing weight . The doctor has told us that when he goes home he will be put on hospice until the end of life. To keep him comfortable and pain free. We need help giving him a small memorial. Please help .
