Greetings Family and Friends,

I hope this message finds you well. Round 2 FMLA leave for my vascular surgery which is scheduled for January 27th.  I hesitated to reach out, but due to predicted payroll issues, my paychecks are uncertain. 

I am currently out of sick time. I have donated to the employee “bank” and will be requesting donations for days from friends and colleagues. However, I cannot rely on that as a for sure thing. My analytical mind must have everything in place. Hence, the only reason I considered setting up a Go Fund Me request.

ALL money donated will go either directly to medical, bills, and/or living expenses. Nothing will be frugally wasted, I assure you that if you are willing to help~ From the bottom of my big heart and Brian’s heart, I/we thank you so much~
