Jeff Slye is a dear friend from my church community who is facing a significant health challenge. Tomorrow, January 12, 2026, Jeff will undergo quadruple bypass surgery—a major procedure that marks the beginning of a long and uncertain road to recovery. During this time, Jeff will not be able to work for at least four months or receive compensation, adding financial stress to an already difficult situation.

 Jeff is not only a devoted father but also the primary caregiver for his son, who has special needs and requires constant supervision and support. The coming weeks and months will be especially challenging for Jeff and his son as they navigate both the physical and emotional demands of recovery, while also ensuring Jeff's son continues to receive the care he needs.
