In Loving Memory of Jeannette Moody

Hi, my name is Monique, and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time of my life. On July 5, 2025, my beloved mom, Jeannette Moody, passed away peacefully at City of Hope. I was by her side, holding her hand as she took her final breath. She went with grace and love.

My mom was my best friend, my biggest supporter, and an incredible Nana to my daughters. She fought so hard against kidney and lung cancer, which eventually spread to her bones and brain. Her last chemotherapy treatment was just days before she passed.

Right now, my heart is broken. My daughters are struggling to understand that their Nana is gone, and I’m trying to be strong for them while navigating this huge loss.

I never imagined having to create this fundraiser, and it’s not easy to ask—but I need help covering the cost of cremation and final arrangements. Anything you can contribute, no matter how small, will make a huge difference. If you’re not able to give, please keep our family in your prayers.
