<div>Hi family, friends, friends who have become family, and anyone who is here reading this. We are Jeanette Candido’s children, Adeline, Michael and Robbie, and are here fundraising on behalf of our mom. She is an incredible daughter, mother, sister, friend, chef, and today, she needs our help.

<div>Jeanette was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a fast growing and aggressive brain tumor, less than one week ago. This invasive grade IV tumor has impacted her eyesight, mobility, and ability to live life normally in this moment. This rare form of cancer reared its ugly head extremely suddenly, and within days of noticing symptoms and feeling unwell she was diagnosed.

<div>You might know Jeanette as "the granola lady" if you've purchased her delicious treats at one of the many Long Island farmers markets where her booth, The Granola Plant, is a fixture. In addition to selling granola, Jeanette serves as a mentor to many other small business owners and a manager for the Southampton Farmers Market, which has thrived under her care.

<div>She has also been a mother to so many of us, not just us three who she gave birth to, and a shining light to anyone who gets to know her. We know how impactful she has been in so many people’s lives.

<div>Jeanette is turning to her community in her time of need. We know you all are ready to come through for her. The funds raised here will go to her medical bills, rehabilitation expenses, and quality of life care in coming months.
