My name is JB, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing one of the hardest times in my life. Since July 19th, I haven’t been able to work due to sensory neuropathy—a condition that comes in unpredictable waves. Some days, I can barely move at all, and on others, I can walk slowly but have to constantly check my balance. It’s been a daily struggle, and it’s taken a toll on both my body and my spirit.

 As the weeks have passed, my financial situation has become more and more difficult. I’ve used up my savings and my credit cards are maxed out, leaving me with no safety net to cover my living expenses. Every day feels uncertain, and I’m doing my best to hold on, but I’m running out of options. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d need to ask for help, but I’m truly lost and don’t know what else to do.
