<div>Hi, my name is Jeanne Gigante, and I’m fundraising for my son Jay, who has been battling Crohn’s disease for many years. This disease has caused him tremendous pain, taken a toll on his body, and led to multiple hospitalizations and surgeries.

<div>Sadly, Jay is now facing another major surgery. <strong>Recovery will be long and difficult, and he will be unable to work for at least a few months or more.</strong>

<div>As all of you know, we have a very tight family—and sometimes it’s even beyond that. Our bond is strong, rooted in love, loyalty, and unwavering support. That’s why this journey is not Jay’s alone—it’s all of ours.
