Hello, My name is Jaylyn. I am the legal owner of my puppy Sunny D. After my breakup with my ex in August I have not seen Sunny. My ex has not return Sunny to me out of spite. I have tried everything possible from asking nicely, and calling the police to assist me. Nothing is working. I am currently in the process of suing for him in small claims but there’s no guarantee that we’ll be reunited. Instead, I need to file a civil case that will cost me almost 20,000. The money would be for an attorney and filing fees. All I want is my dog and my ex is doing everything to keep me away from him and making this extremely difficult for his return. I don't care about the money. I just want him back. I have been depressed, worried, anxious, and most of all very angry with this whole situation.
