I'm raising funds for my cousin, who is more like a brother, as he is battling kidney disease and in desperate need of funds to get him on the kidney transplant list, and then to a kidney transplant operation.

Jayden is the recipient's name - he is a fighter and has been in this fight for over 3 years. At a young age of 24, he did not expect to be facing this, but each day presents its challenge, and Jayden knows that there is a plan to this pain now, for there will be joy on the day he receives his new kidney.

Jayden is full of life, a sports fanatic, and a loving uncle, brother, cousin, and friend.
