Hey! My name is Jay Seward and I am a student filmmaker attending SUNY Purchase. I am in the midst of fundraising for my freshman thesis film and I am excited to share this story with you all.

The name of my film is "Tranquility".

This film follows a young college girl named Jasmine. She is dealing with addiction, depression, and anxiety. As she turns to a mystery pill to heal her pain, it leads her down a mysterious and dark path, a path that will bring her demons to life.

All donations will go towards props, costumes, makeup and hair, funds to feed my cast and crew, and any other production needs for my film.

This film is very significant to me because it is my first big independent film. It also covers mental health and the importance of it, especially in young adults. It is an important topic to me, and it is a story I want to share with others. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and named donations will be credited at the end of the film.
