Jaxon has been fighting health challenges since he was just 6 months old. Despite being septic twice and facing more medical hurdles than most children his age, he has defied all the odds. Today, Jaxon remains strong, positive, and happy, even as he battles a difficult disease. He currently has only one kidney, which is functioning at just 15.3%, and he is now waiting for a life-saving kidney transplant. The uncertainty of when the call for a transplant will come means his family must be ready at a moment’s notice, adding even more stress to their daily lives.
