Help Support Janeen and Tyler After the Loss of Scott Bohle
We are Bobbi Oliver and Jayme Seay, and we’ve been best friends with Janeen for over 30 years. Today, we’re reaching out on behalf of her and her daughter Tyler Rose, who are facing an overwhelming loss and financial hardship after the passing of Scott Bohle—Janeen’s beloved husband and Tyler’s devoted father.
On November 11, 2024, Scott was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS, the most aggressive form of this devastating disease. It quickly robbed him of his ability to speak and swallow. Within days, he required a feeding tube, having lost nearly 100 pounds in just six months. By December, he could no longer eat or drink and had to write everything down to communicate—a heartbreaking shift for someone who loved to talk to anyone who would listen.
Scott’s condition worsened rapidly. He lost the use of his left arm, then his neck muscles weakened so severely that he needed help to walk. By August, he could no longer use his right hand, leaving him unable to communicate at all. For someone as active and independent as Scott, this was devastating.
Despite being given a two-to-four-year prognosis, Scott fought valiantly for 10 months. On August 18, 2025, he passed away, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and strength. He was the kind of man who worked hard for everything he had and never hesitated to help others without expecting anything in return.
Now, Janeen and Tyler are facing not only emotional grief but also significant financial strain. Scott was the family’s primary provider, and his passing has left them with mounting expenses and uncertainty. His life insurance policy may be delayed in probate, and their immediate needs—housing, utilities, tuition, and basic living costs—are pressing.
Tyler is currently enrolled in community college, playing travel hockey in hopes of earning a scholarship, and working part-time to help her mom. But it’s not enough.
We’re asking for your help to ease the financial burden on this incredible family. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. Your support will help Janeen and Tyler navigate this painful transition and honor Scott’s memory by giving them the stability he worked so hard to provide.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting.
