<div>Dear friends, family, and kind hearted strangers, I never imagined I would be writing these words, but here I am, asking for your help in the most vulnerable moment of my life. I am in need of a kidney transplant, and the time to act is now. My condition is critical, and without this surgery, my health and my life are at serious risk.

<div>For years, I’ve been battling kidney failure, and despite my best efforts to stay positive and keep pushing forward, I’ve reached a point where my kidneys can no longer function on their own. Every day feels like a struggle my body growing weaker, my hope starting to fade. But there’s still a chance for me to survive, to live a full life again, and it’s through this transplant.

<div>The doctors have given me a timeline, and time is of the essence. I can’t wait much longer. Without a transplant, my health will continue to decline rapidly, and I may be forced onto dialysis a treatment I desperately want to avoid, as it takes away my ability to live life the way I once knew.

<div>This is where I need you. The cost of the transplant, including surgery, hospitalization, medication, and post-operative care, is staggering, and I simply don’t have the resources to cover it. The financial burden is overwhelming, and without support, I may not be able to move forward with this life saving procedure.
