Jacob Royds is facing an incredibly difficult recovery after being hit by a metro bus while riding a scooter. It has been heartbreaking to see someone so sweet and caring go through something so sudden and traumatic. Along with the physical and emotional toll of the accident, Jacob is now also carrying the heavy stress of not being able to work while he heals. Anyone who knows Jacob knows how much kindness he brings to the people around him, which makes this situation even harder to watch. 
 
 
 This fundraiser is to help Jacob stay afloat while focusing on recovery. The funds will go toward rent, groceries, and medical bills so that he has a little less to worry about during this difficult time. Right now, the best thing for Jacob is the chance to heal without the constant fear of falling behind on basic needs and expenses.
