Hello from the Miscia Family! As some of you may know our lovable dog, Jackson, has been very ill over the last few weeks. We first got him in 2019 as emotional support after the loss of our father in 2017 and then the loss of our first dog in 2018. Since then, he has brought our family closer together and filled an empty place in our hearts and our home. Now, at just 5 years old, he’s sick and we’ve been trying our hardest to get him better, but the vet visits are starting to take a toll on all of us. It’s been weeks and he hasn’t been improving, sadly he’s not going to if we don’t intervene. Our last course of treatment is surgery and we want to give our dog a fighting chance, he’s so young and he still has lot of life to live. We know this isn’t your dog and it isn’t your fight, but we’ve exhausted all our options to get him better on our own and so we’re calling out for support.
