<div><strong>Jace has been living with his daddy and momma Britt full time for over 2 years now.</strong> During that time, his mother has had on and off communication with the family, sometimes going months without hearing from her. Jace had rare physical visits with his mother until this year, when mom began weekend visits following a 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend schedule agreed upon by both mom and dad. He had 3 weekend visits with her, the last one resulting in Jace coming to school with bruises on his legs resembling belt marks. Jace’s school, dad, and momma Britt made phone calls to Texas CPS and PD regarding bruises, and Jace has had no contact with mom since then. PD has now closed their case, CPS is closing their case, and no justice has been served to keep Jace safe from his mother! <strong>As of now, court orders still hold mom as legal custodian, and we need to get this changed immediately for Jace’s safety!</strong> We need your help to keep this boy safe, happy, and healthy!!
