Our hearts are broken by the unexpected loss of Hannah, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend. In the midst of this unimaginable grief, Hannah’s 21-year-old daughter, Izzy Sullivan, is now facing the painful reality of moving forward without her mother. As loved ones come together to mourn Hannah and honor her life, Izzy is also carrying the weight of funeral and memorial expenses, along with the many difficult days ahead. This fundraiser is for Izzy, so Hannah can be given the loving farewell she deserves and Izzy can have some support and stability during such a heartbreaking time.
