Funeral Expenses for Isaac Cervantes
Donation protected
Update: Isaac peacefully passed in his sleep early this morning July 11th after 5 days of celebrating his life surrounded by family and friends.
My brother Isaac became ill in April and was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia that has been very aggressive. Isaac underwent a life-or-death surgery to remove an aspergillosis bacteria from his left ear. His surgery was risky as Isaac’s cell count was dangerously low. Isaac pulled off a miracle and survived. However, the medical team was unsuccessful in removing all of the bacteria. He has lost hearing in his left ear and is now losing his vision. Isaac's bone marrow count is now zero and he has been dependent on blood & platelet transfusions, which will now stop. We prayed for miracles, which came and gave us more time. Now we pray and hope we can beat time again and be transported home to enjoy his last moments surrounded by his family, enjoying his favorite pizza! We have left everything in God’s hands.
We are asking for financial assistance to help us with funeral expenses and support his partner of 25 years during this difficult time. Any contribution helps and is greatly appreciated.
