My Name is Mary and I am the niece of Irvin, the owner of Old Pumpernickel.

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share some devastating news. My beloved uncle, recently lost his cherished sandwich shop to a tragic fire. For years, my uncle Sandwich Shop has been a cornerstone of our community in gardens grove, California. It’s not just a place to grab a bite; it’s a place where memories were made, friendships were forged, and the community came together.

My uncle has poured his heart and soul into this business, working tirelessly to serve delicious sandwiches and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. Losing the shop has been an emotional and financial blow, and we are now turning to our friends, family, and community for support.

We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to help my Uncle’s Sandwich Shop. The funds will go directly towards:

- Replacing kitchen equipment and supplies

- Supporting the staff who have lost their jobs due to the fire
