The arts sector is facing massive upheaval and challenge. Ethnically diverse people who work in the arts are under-represented in the sector and experience societal and systemic racism daily. They are at higher risk of redundancy and risk of fatality from coronavirus.
The toll on the emotional and mental health and wellbeing of ethnically diverse people who work in the sector is acute.
Inc Arts Minds is a branch of Inc Arts' work: its focus is providing emotional well-being support to people who experience racism, working in the arts and cultural sector.
We are fundraising to provide group counselling support, and to build sustainable peer support groups for the sector's Black, Asian and ethnically diverse arts workforce who experience all the challenges currently facing the sector - and much more.
Money raised will go 70% to Inc Arts Minds and 30% to Inc Arts ongoing mission including some administrative costs.
Please donate so that the Inc Arts team can continue championing the UK's ethnically diverse workforce in the arts sector.

Inc Arts Minds is needed now more than ever. In recent months we have seen a huge surge in demand for our work, and this service is critical to so many affected by racism in the arts and cultural sector. Any amount will make a huge difference in supporting the mental health and well-being of the African diaspora, Asian diaspora and ethnically diverse people working in the arts.
