Ice Deli, a Springfield staple for nearly 40 years, has faced a remarkable challenge after a car hit it on June 18th. Despite the extensive damage, we remain committed to our mission and are exploring ways to reopen. Over the years, Ice Deli has not only served delicious shaved ice but also empowered teens by providing them with valuable work experience and income during their summer break. We are determined to continue supporting our dedicated team members and are seeking ways to provide them with income while we navigate our next steps. Any amount left over will be used to help rebuild the Deli and pay our landlord rent. On behalf of myself and Brian, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts as we navigate the road ahead.
