<div>After our home was bombed, we were forced to take shelter in a simple tent, exposed to the heat of the sun by day and the bitter cold at night. We live without electricity, without clean water, without food security, and with no source of income.

<div>But beyond the physical hardship, the most painful thing is watching my sister Shaimaa suffer every day, knowing we can’t afford her treatment.

<div>She’s only 21 full of dreams, strength, and hope but her heart is failing her. The doctors say she needs urgent care, yet we can’t even afford transportation to the hospital.
