I recently faced a heartbreaking situation when my beloved CrystalTones bowls (5 out of 7) were completely wrecked during a short car ride. These bowls are not just instruments to me; they are a lifelong investment into what I believe is my true calling, and furthermore, the foundation for my journey into healing others through sound.

Despite my best efforts to transport them safely—using the stackable cases from CrystalTones, placing rubber o-rings between the bowls, and keeping them in their original plastic for protection—the bags simply could not do what they were sold to me for.

I reached out to CrystalTones, but unfortunately, they don’t repair these specific bowls.

This has left me feeling truly heartbroken, as I poured everything I had financially, mentally and emotionally into these bowls. I’m desperate to find a solution and ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Based on a suggestion from some peers, I am turning to you, my community, for help.
