Support Holly's Journey to a New Career

My name is Holly, and I moved here to the Hill Country to better my life. I wasted years going down the wrong path and I had finally had enough of myself. I’ve worked hard to better myself and have been clean for over 4 years. I don’t think God brought me this far JUST to bring me this far.

I've worked in a chiropractic office as his assistant for two years, which I love, and my patients love me. They are the ones who encouraged me to go this route because I’ve never been one to ask for help outside of my family. I just turned 50 and feel like time is slowly starting to run out so I think it's time to further my education and start a career for myself. I have a meeting on Wednesday the (Nov) 27th to talk about payment options and the hours that I will be able to attend school. I have always had a natural gift for massage and I have a passion for making people feel better, now would be a good time to put that to use.

I've been wanting to get my license for years but I’ve been putting it off because I have a full-time job, I'm single, and I have two beloved Great Danes. Since I have decided to better myself, I found someone who will care for them while I am in San Antonio earning my license. I will be attending the Academy of Massage in San Antonio, and if you find it in your heart to contribute, I would be forever grateful.

I unfortunately hit a deer a couple of weeks ago for the first time in my life, and all the money I had that would have gone towards school has now been paid to get my car fixed, which should be ready by the first week of December.
