UPDATE: One more round of Chemo, then esophagus removel. then more chemo rounds after surgery. Please Help!! 

Herbert Hooper is facing a challenging battle with esophageal cancer, I 

as his wife and caregiver reaching out for support during this difficult time. Herbert has always been a strong individual, never letting setbacks keep him down. In 2014, he suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed on one side and unable to walk, but he continues to inspire us with his resilience and determination. Despite these challenges, Herbert finds joy in designing patterns for scroll saw work at his desk and cherishes time spent with his animals, friends, and family. 
 
The costs of Herbert’s cancer treatment have quickly depleted our limited income from SSI. We are struggling to cover the expenses that insurance won’t pay for, including chemotherapy, transportation to and from appointments, and the special foods Herbert now needs for his diet. On top of these medical costs, we are also facing household expenses that are difficult to manage while ensuring Herbert can remain at home, where he is most comfortable.
