Tod was loved by so many and passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning, 10/12/24. He did not have life insurance, regular insurance, nor savings. <strong>Heather Walker, his only living child, is now responsible for the cost of laying her father to rest</strong>. She is a single mother and doesn't have the funds to do this alone.
