<div>I am on a health journey; it has been four years and it is not easy to diagnose or find a sustainable way to understand what is going on and how to live with some odd symptoms. It has not been easy to find a dependable income source that I can do with nutritional issues, temperature intolerance, lack of stamina, brain fog, and feeling like my insides are in a blender. I have to be near a space heater much of the time and eat a very strict diet to manage an internal buildup that has an uncomfortable ice pick quality.  I keep going to medical appointments. Food and normal temperatures exacerbate this internal uncomfortable buildup (not sure if it is due to a permeable gut or some infections which I seem to be susceptible to post-pandemic). I need to keep working on self-care, trying to get to the bottom of these symptoms somehow, try to heal.  It is taking time to determine if this is a disability, a chronic illness, or something just very annoying that is taking a lot of time to go away and making life difficult on several levels.

<div><strong>I would appreciate your support as I work through this journey</strong>; not having a normal income due to a strange health issue makes it difficult to provide for needs such as having my groceries delivered (since I can't be in cool temperatures much), pay my cell phone bill, pay for therapy/supplements/odds and ends (misc. items we use and take for granted like soap, etc.), laundry service (so I don't exacerbate the internal discomfort in cold laundry rooms and overexert my low energy and stir the achiness), keep my website going for my art and music endeavors, and eventually have enough to rent a place where I don't have to annoy other humans with my space heaters running and cooking my herb broth (it is hard for me to drink normal water, it also exacerbates the buildup).
