<div>Hayley Engebretsen was admitted to Regions Hopsital on September 4, 2024 and aside from a few days at home over a recent weekend, she has been there for nearly a month after receiving a diagnosis of a fast-growing and very aggressive form of brain cancer called glioblastoma. Hayley is known for her huge smile and infectious laugh. She has a great sense of adventure and is lover of life and all things pink! While the prognosis for Hayley initially did not appear favorable, she now has a new sense of hope with an operation scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, where they are hoping to remove about 70% of the tumor in the right side of her brain, then follow up with chemo and radiation after surgery to hopefully stabilize it. Hayley will once again be staying at Regions Hopsital for much of her upcoming treatment, and surely would love to hear from all of her supporters along the way.
