<div>Hello, my name is Hala, and I am a mother of four from the Gaza Strip. Until October 7th, my family and I were living in a family building in Al-Zawaida, while my husband was in Egypt working to support us. But on that day, everything changed. War broke out in Gaza, and our lives were thrown into chaos.

<div>As the violence escalated, we were forced to flee our home under the threat of bombings and a ground invasion in our neighborhood. We found temporary shelter in Rafah, but our home was severely damaged in the attacks. In Rafah, life was extremely difficult. We lived in a tent with very limited access to food and water. My children, traumatized by the relentless bombings, were terrified and deeply affected by the horror surrounding us.

<div>With more threats of ground invasions in Rafah, we were forced to return to our damaged home, where we found most of our furniture, clothes, valuable items, and treasured memories destroyed by fire. We cleared the rubble ourselves to make the house somewhat livable, as we had no other options.

<div>Today, I am humbly reaching out for your help to reunite my family. My goal is to raise funds to escape the devastation in Gaza and join my husband in Egypt. The costs of arranging travel during this crisis are overwhelming – over $5,000 per person. Your support can make this journey possible, giving my children a chance for safety and healing.

<div>مرحباً، اسمي هالة، أنا أم لأربعة أطفال من قطاع غزة. حتى السابع من أكتوبر، كنا نعيش في عمارة العائلة في منطقة الزوايدة، وكان زوجي في مصر يعمل لإعالتنا. لكن في ذلك اليوم، تغيّر كل شيء. اندلعت الحرب في غزة، ووجدنا أنفسنا في وسط الفوضى.
