<div><br />

</div>

<div>One year ago today, I held my baby boy, Nico, for the first and last time.

</div>

<div>To honor his life and love, Raymond and I are launching a special project:

</div>

<div>Nico’s 343 Grams of Love

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Through this fundraiser, we’ll be creating care packages for grieving parents — families who, like us, left the hospital with empty arms and broken hearts.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We’re deeply grateful to share that we’ve connected with the hospital where Nico was born, and have received approval to donate these care packages directly to their Labor &amp; Delivery floor — returning to the place where our baby entered the world to offer comfort, remembrance, and support to others walking this path.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Because when you lose a baby, words often fall short. But even the smallest act of kindness can quietly say:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>You are not alone.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Each care package will include gently chosen items to bring comfort and remembrance:

</div>

<div>️ A candle

</div>

<div>A soft keepsake

</div>

<div>A handwritten message

</div>

<div>Forget-me-not flower seeds

</div>

<div>Cozy comfort items, like a blanket

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We’ve also reached out to our personal support group organization, which helped us through our own early grief.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Each package will include their brochures — along with information about other trusted local and national resources — to offer support when families feel ready to seek it.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We know nothing can take away the pain. But I remember what it felt like to walk out of the hospital with nothing in my hands.
Sometimes, having something to carry can bring a moment of comfort when everything else feels broken.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Our first fundraising goal is $343, a tribute to Nico’s birth weight.
100% of donations will go directly toward creating and delivering these packages to families experiencing loss.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Whether you’ve lost a baby, or love someone who has — this project is for you, too.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The fundraiser runs from October 17 to November 17, and we’ll be sharing more throughout the month.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you feel moved to help — by donating, sharing, or simply lighting a candle tonight at 12:43 AM, the moment Nico was born — know that your light honors his memory, and all the little ones gone too soon. ️

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With love,

</div>

<div>Mia &amp; Raymond
