<div>Hello! We are a Title 1 school in desperate need of monetary assistance. Our fall show, Sophie Treadwell's MACHINAL, was picked (out of many shows from Bakersfield to San Diego!) to perform at the California Educational Theatre Association's annual festival. But, we have been given only $1000 to mount a full-length production at an entirely different location, in Fullerton! This will take lights, sets, costumes, a moving truck, buses, hotels, registration fees, etc.

</div>
<div>This is the first time our school has been awarded such a tremendous achievement, and it has been decades since any LAUSD school has achieved this incredible honor. The performance is on January 16, 2026, and will be the first of four shows (yes, only 4!!) that were selected.

<div>Grand Arts is an institution that was literally built in the heart of Downtown LA for the sole purpose of providing extraordinary opportunities to a broad diversity of artists. We have many low-income students who are now at every major college, have been in movies, television, and on professional and Broadway stages throughout Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, and even London! This is one of the greatest experiences we can offer our students while they are still in high school, but the cost is our only deterrent at this point.

</div>
<div>Our phenomenal principal, Jewel Brown, is searching every resource she can to help us attend the CETA Festival in January. Can you help her and us get that much closer? EVERY donation helps and is FULLY tax-deductible. An official letter can be drafted for any amount - and who couldn't use a donation on their 2025 taxes at the end of the year?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please support these beyond-worthy students, get your end-of-the-year tax donation and then come see the show in person, if you'd like! Of Special Note: Any amount OVER the requested $10,500 will go directly to feeding the students while on this trip as their lunches and dinners are not budgeted into this amount.

<div>WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN....
