Graedy Skelton was diagnosed with an INI1 deficient rhabdoid malignant tumor on October 9, 2025. This is a very rare and very aggressive form of cancer that came on suddenly, when he began to get sick at the beginning of September. Since the start of his illness, Graedy has spent time at appointments, had 2 hospital stays, the current one being on day 35 of the stay, had numerous tests, blood draws, surgeries and other medical things thrown at him in an attempt to fight this cancer.

Gradey is the most kind and caring kid you could ever meet. He is always putting others before himself. He, along with my sister Catherine, are the last people who would ask for help. So, we their family, are asking for help during this difficult time. People have asked how they can support Graedy, Cathy, Cadence, Hayden and Brantley and the best answer right now is to ask for prayers for healing and strength. Some have asked how they can financially support the family, so this page was set up to offer that as an option. All donations made will go towards the expenses that arise with being in a hospital, going through treatment and being away from home.
