Hello, this is Goober Smeechez Munoz. He is 12 years old & my best friend. I’ve had him since he was born in 2012. He is usually a fearless, happy, & rambunctious doggy. He's recently facing some extreme health issues, & the vet needs me to pay upfront for testing. They will not tell me what’s wrong without these tests. His condition has only worsened over time, & I fear it’ll be too late soon.

He has a horrible rash that has become open sores, extreme hair loss, & has now spread into his eyes & mouth. He is losing a lot of weight & slowing down when he’s usually so full of life & active.

Goober is my world & I would do anything to help him. I do not know how much any of this will cost, so anything will help to reach my goal to get him tested & treated.

I cannot imagine my life without him, & I know he has more time left in him if he can get the proper treatment he needs.
