<div>This year we are hoping our Great Pond community can come together to help Glastonbury's local ABC House.

<div>Glastonbury ABC ("GABC") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission to offer young minority men of demonstrated ability, good character and need, the opportunity to obtain an excellent education in the town of Glastonbury. The mission is formed by the belief that the quality of your education should not depend on your zip code.

<div>Each year, Glastonbury ABC welcomes up to 8 scholars into a supportive, structured home environment and connects them with a transformative educational experience at Glastonbury High School, one of Connecticut’s top-rated public schools. GABC receives no funding from the national ABC foundation or any governmental organization and relies solely on the generous support of its donors to operate.

<div>GABC gives scholars "a better chance" to reach their full potential by getting a better education to prepare the scholar for college. The program has transformed the life of countless you men and one measure of success of GABC is the caliber of colleges and universities the graduates.
