<div>My sister’s name is Gladys Virola and our lives changed forever on May 9, 2025. She notice a lump on her right breast and it was larger than her left one. She set up a mammogram appointment. Three days later she was diagnosed with Triple Negative Inflammatory Cancer of the Breast on May 9, 2025. (Mother’s Day weekend) As we went thru this with our Mom 22 years ago. Gladys has been on Chemotherapy since June and has kept her job,  even though there are days when she can’t work a full day because she doesn’t feel well due to the struggles of the medication and anxiety of going through Cancer. Her faith and her families prayers keeps her going, but her future overwhelmes her. She thinks about what will happen when she can no longer work. Since she works from home she doesn’t  have a reliable vehicle. Her kids take time out of their busy schedule to go from one city to another or from one state to another to take her to her appointments. Gladys has always been a very dependable person and enjoys life, instead of staying at home 24-7without a way to get around.

<div>I decided to start this Go Fund Me in her Name to help her get the necessary funds to buy a reliable vehicle . Where she can go to the park and see nature and walk a dog. To go to a supermarket and buy groceries in stead of ordering online, go and see her grandchildren in stead of waiting for someone to pick her up and take her to see them. Go to mass on Sundays physically. Have person to person conversation with the Çhurch congregation. Financial support will also allow her to take time off  work when she needs rest. In the near future she will also have a double mastectomy in November and will not be able to work for two months and will not have an income for those 2 months.
