My wife, Ginnie, is about to face one of the biggest challenges of her life. She will soon be traveling to the University of Chicago Medical Center to undergo a lung transplant. This journey is both daunting and hopeful, as it offers her a chance at renewed health and a brighter future. The process, however, comes with many emotional and financial hurdles that we are preparing to face together.
