Gerald Brown was a loving father of six and a devoted son, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. On March 24th, 2026, Gerald’s life was tragically cut short by senseless gun violence that was never meant for him. His passing has left a deep void in the hearts of his family and friends, especially his mother, who is now facing the unimaginable pain of losing her third child.

 Gerald’s mother is now left to care for his six children and is struggling to find the means to give her son the dignified farewell he deserves. The emotional and financial burden of arranging a proper burial and funeral is overwhelming, and she needs support from the community to help honor Gerald’s memory.
