<div>Our family is fundraising on behalf of one of our beloved family members, <strong>George W. Baldi, III.</strong> George has been suffering from gastrointestinal issues for approximately eighteen years. However, over the past three years, his condition has deteriorated so significantly that he is unable to work full days, or not at all. Despite undergoing a number of medical procedures including hernia and gall bladder removal which have not improved his health, his condition remains undiagnosed.

<div>Furthermore, side effects of certain medications prescribed for his gastrointestinal issues have now left George with Tardive Dyskinesia Condition. This condition has ravaged his body resulting in severe facial movements, morning episodes of unbearable pain, and impaired breathing due to lack of oxygen.

<div>George has had over 50 emergency room visits and hospitalizations just over the last year. This of course has resulted in mounting medical bills, out-of-pocket expenses to and from the hospital, and medication co-pays. Because of George’s inability to work, he is unable to pay for medical and everyday expenses.

<div><strong>We are seeking specialized treatment for George's gastrointestinal issues.</strong> We are hopeful that there will be a breakthrough in his treatment that will give him relief of the daily pain and restore him to the quality of life he remembers and deserves.

<div>Like the rest of our family, George has prided himself on being self-sufficient as he has done his entire adult life. However, these frequent, discouraging and costly medical events have essentially rendered him disabled.
</div>

<div><strong>We are humbly asking each of you to champion with us to help George with financial assistance as we continue to explore treatments for his health issues.</strong>
