<div>Gene was well-known, loved, and respected throughout the industrial water treatment industry and the perfect example of servant leadership. Gene's relationships went beyond business, as he was a loyal friend to all that he served. Gene's integrity stood out to all who knew him and regardless of whether a customer or colleague, we all knew the same person. Gene's kindness, passion, loyalty, and continuous pursuit of excellence made a tremendous impact on our industry. He is not replaceable.
